    i need the part # for the parts needed to recalibrate the speedo on a 94 formula LT1 with a 4L60E, i went from 272 to 373,
    1994 firebird formula

    There are no "parts".... you have to reprogram the computer. A used Hypertech programmer is a cheap way to do it. You could also buy LT1_Edit and change it yourself, or you could have a "mail order" tuner do it.

    Its not like the old days when there was a gear on the tranny output shaft, and a gear on the drive cable that could be swapped out based on gear ratio. Now you have a reluctor ring on the output shaft, a magnetic pickup "sensor" and a feed of pulses to the computer, which bases the speedo output on the programmed gear ratio and tire diameter.

      a shop told me i coudl get it done and they would do it for 100 but not reprogram they said they could use the gears. i do not have the money to get the tune done

        Fred is right........Up though 93 the speedo was done with gears. 94 and later use electronics. You'll need a reprogram.

        Didn't we discuss this in one of your threads before?
