If you used Paypal to pay for it, they will give you your money back and go after the guy for you. You must report it WITHIN 30 DAYS! So, call paypal and ebay. File a complaint and leave negative feedback. Thats about as best your gonna do unless you have a lot of time on your hands.

not to mention ebay is verry verry serious about people mucking with there auctions they WILL find u and u WILL be fined heavily!
do not mess with ebay they have a no crap policy..wouldnt u if all ur buisness was made through online auctions? people are already weary of money and the internet ebay knows this and goes to the extreme to save the nameComment
