Can you gain more hp buy purcahsing a larger throttle body? I have been looking around and I really cant find any for a 6 cyl

no.....not by itself. you need to make provisions for "more air out" at the same time.
in other words.... hp= more air in + more air out
just adding a TB wont help. im talking bigger cam, better intake air flow, headers, free flow exhaust...that kind of stuff.
ive known folks that lost power by just adding a larger tb.
