Ken, How do you like your Envoy's and what kind of mileage do they get? I'm thinking of trading in my 2001 S10 Crew cab on one.

we love em, gary. mary's has over 9 k on it now...a year old......never been in under warranty. mine's only got 3k on it since decemeber of 2003........but trouble free.

comfortable........ got plenty of power, that in-line 6 develops 275hp!... she moves just fine.. bells and whistles make driving a pleasure, and the Bose stereo option is worth it....puts the monsoon to shame!

now the bad part.......gas mileage. 20-22 highway..thats it..... less in the city........

Thanks Ken! I don't consider that too bad for gas mileage. My 2001 S10 4x4 crew cab gets 14 city and 19 highway at best..

I stopped by and looked at a few this morning. The problem is they are 33 - 36k. My truck only has 26k miles on it and it's paid off.

ours listed for 38 - 39k........but they are the loaded slt's.

bought em from my friend who is the general manager of the same dealership the CompTa and Hawk came from.

not sure where you live.......but i can get you heck of deal on one from him. got mary's hairstylist 8k off hers........

Why not just read his location ... that should tell you where he lives ........

Thanks again Ken... Buying new vehicles and bringing them into New York state is a pain. I can get a decent deal around here, not as good as your talking, but decent.

I just bought a 2004 Impala LS in March, so that used up all my reserves, but the deals out there are hard to pass up.

I'll let you know on what I decide.
