Passenger Side Window Express Down

I wonder if anyone has done this mod? It looks like all I have to do is copy the wiring and relays on the driver's side.

I saw on someone's site where they did this mod but they didn't say how they did it.

Any ideas?

Wow that is the really cool, I love stuff like that but that guy takes it to another level.... I intend to make this modification but dont think i would go so far as to modifying switch covers... Thanks for the great idea and link that will be another thing to set my z apart from the rest... Thanks
