  • swapping Front Ends

Hi i am new here i just wanna say i like the forum allot.
i was wondering about if you could swap the whole front end of a 1970-1973 Trans Am on to a 1975 Trans Am and if you can do it, what would you need to do the job. Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum!! Unfortunately I don't know how to help you with your question. The guys on here are most knowledgable about 4th Gen F-bods. Someone might be able to give you a link to a site or something. Just don't feel slighted if no one answers you, the guys on here generally don't reply to something they can't answer. I'll do some searching for you and see what I can find though. Good luck, I'll try to post back later.

          Try F-Body.org

There are links to first and second gen sites on their home page. The other guys are right - most of us are 4th gen owners and are igernant of the earlier models when it comes to what-fits-what.

Welcome to the forum! There are guys here with drivetrain experience that can help with your car, but really specific body related question will most likely stump us with that early generation.
