I cant seem to find a listing for the LT4 head gasket set at the local parts stores. I know the main difference between LT1 and LT4 is the intake gaskets. DOes anyone have a part number for the LT4 head set or more importantly the intake manifold gaskets? I dont need everything in the head set, so I might just buy the head gaskets and intake manifold gaskets individually.

Hey Sean, make sure you get the 1236-7777 LT4 intake gaskets. There are 2 LT4 intake gaskets available and one of them has a restricted opening to reduce emissions. This was the one that cam standard on factory equipped LT4 cars. You don't want that gasket.
You want the 1236-7777. It has larger openings to allow maximum flow through modified LT4 intake/heads.Comment
