  • 2nd gen Trans Am dashboard lights?

Hi. I've been the proud owner of a 79 Trans Am for about a month and a half, now.

I'm slowly building it up and restoring it, but in the mean time it's basically my daily driver.

Just today (after over a month of ownership) I noticed two little lights on my speedometer that I've never seen before. They are two dark little square-shaped boxes on the bottom of the speedo circle. I cannot get enough light on them to read what they say.
Can anyone tell me what they are?

In addition, on the TOP of the speedometer circle there is a little green light. When I first noticed it, I couldn't figure out what it was, but eventually I noticed that it only lit up when the headlights were on. For the past week or two, though, it hasn't been lighting up even then.
Can anyone tell me what THAT is? Maybe it is a headlight indicator and it just burnt out. I'm not sure.

    Thanks for your help.
