    Guys from the Chi-town

    What happened to all of the members from chicago that were supposed to get together...DJ Taso and all the other guys. I just talked to purepwrta(tom) the other day and i am supposed to be meeting up with him this weeked(if i get my clutch fork in). Hofefully we can see whats up so we can set up a cruise or somethin fellas. Holla at me

    Hey, I'm from Cicero, and I definitely wanna meet up and cruise. I have a couple buddies also with pretty bad a$$ rides themselves who i know for a fact would come out also. Unfortunately for me, it will be about 3 1/2 weeks til i can get out on the road again. Doin my body work that i wanted to do since i bought the car, and while i was at it, i decided to upgrade to ram air, so i just bought my hood and box yesterday. Also decided that while i was at it, to do my suspension as well. But sometime in the beginning of july, i will definitely come out and cruise around chicago, just make a post and we'll set something up
    black 95 t/a, a4, beefed up tranny w/ higher stall converter, transgo shift kit, trans temp gauge, trans cooler, richmond 3.73's, loudmouth, hypertech programmer, 160 thermo, descreened maf, TB bypass and airfoil, trick flow intake elbow, underdrive pulleys, moroso cai, edelbrock panhard rod, bmr stb, slp sfc's, fiberglass firehawk hood, hawk pads, taylor wires, ngk plugs, royal purple fluids,...and hopefully more to come

      Holla!!

      I should be getting my car back by the middle of this month. The shop where I took my car is currently overflowed with other cars that were there before me, but they said as soon as they finish with them, they'll start on mine. I stopped by the shop yesterday just to say hi. They had a couple T/A's & ZO6's on the lifts.

      I would like to get all the people in Chicago from this board, and get together for a cruise and hang out afterwards, that would be very cool.

        yeah my car is down for now too. I still need to put on my loudmouth and my struts so i will let u guys know(im runnin w/o a muffler). PM me your numbers so we can keep in touch

          Yea just let me konw. Sometimes on weeknights I work til 11pm so ill be up there kinda late but just let me know like a day before or so.

              hey tom, if you can be so kind, i would like to use your power programmer in order to calibrate for 4.10s and 17s

                I'm in the western burbs.....not that far away. I'll be in Alsip on Sunday. I have a TSSCC event to race in. You are all welcome to stop by or race. Last I looked there were 40+ slots still open.

                  well about the programmer

                  you can only use the the hypertech programmer for one car at a time so his won't work on yours...only that one year too so if his is a different year it won't work either. The hypertech trades programs with the computer, it takes the stock program and stores it and puts its program in the computer.

                    Coop's right, maro. You can only use the HTPP one car at a time since it stores the memory in the unit. The only way you can use it is if Tom programs his back to stock and give it you.

                              Races held here are for TSSCC(Tri-State Sports Car Club) and Chicago Region SCCA. Sometimes we race at RT66 raceway in Joiliet.

                              Tri-State is this weekend. Chicago SCCA was last week.
