  • LOOK what I got for $100 !!!!

Check this out. If I'm not the envy of every Redneck in America, I don't know what else I can do. This ought to make oil changes a breeze.

I was at a used car lot looking at a car and I saw these laying behind his building. Asked him if he wanted to sell them. He wanted to get rid of them so badly he even delivered them to my house for me!

Those rock..... I've been trying to pick up a set. The only downside is that the car must be under it's own power, so if it doesn't start and run, you're out of luck. Well, maybe not........ A winch welded to the proper spot might just work!

I would definitely find a level spot & lag them down, then I would make a crossbrace in case some wiseguy leans against your car while it's up there. Or just make some bolt together adjustable crossbraces to make it steady. That way the width won't be set for just one car.

I was gonna say, those look cool, but scary. Better think about the safety of those things before you crawl under. It just seem like the center of gravity will be very high and if those things arent secure to the ground, it could be bad.

those should be fine...I see dealers use em all the time to showcase their cars...just make sure they are sturdy and secure.

never thought of that though....sweet idea.

I'd find a hillside or dig a big hole in my yard, slant those babies, anchor them to the ground, then you can drive straight onto them. Find a bulldozer and get to work!

Hmmm... maybe this is why some neighborhoods have covenants...

Yep. I have some safety concerns as well. They are kinda scary. What you do is set them at a steep angle and drive up on them. When you get halfway on, they drop down to level. Scary huh? I was planning on trying them out a couple time before I actually crawl under them. They have axle thick cross members that bolt the two ramps together. I was going to set them up on the concrete b/c I'm sure they press through the asphalt.

Big Mama wasn't too pleased with the addition to the yard though. I think displaying my worn out Camaro in the front yard is out of the question.

How many squirels are we talking about?

trust me those things are plenty safe..i spent a few summers driving up and down those changing the cars on "display"..they also cost a pretty penny so they are well made

i would however put a cross brace in some how...

I'm all about the digging and driving straight on them as well.
