  • Sportline and ZR1 Rims....

Guys, I have read the various threads about dropping the car with different rims but I have not seen anyone using Eibach's Sportline system. It is a further drop than other kits mentioned.

I had been pondering going with the 17X11 but am terrified that something would go wrong with the install. So I have decided 17x9.5's all the way around. Because of this rim size, I think I can get the Sportline kit with the 2'' drop. Has anyone done this.
If so, what is the CORRECT offset to use. I don't want any problems after install.

BTW, the rims are ZR1 replicas, powdercoated black. I think it listed a 56mm offset.

    Thank as always.

I have the Eibach Pro-Kit Lowering springs on my car. With this set, and the 17x11 ZR1's, there is some rubbing in the rear, but only when I have passagers in the rear seats, and go over bumps in the freeway. If I were to shave the lip on the inner fender, this would most likely fix the problem. Furthermore, heres a pic to give you an idea of the look.
