I am about to be buying a new car and im down to a WS6 or a SS.... I know they are about the same cars but does anyone know which one is really faster let me know thanx

Get an SS they are so much faster i beat WS-6's all the time in mine.
just playin, from what i've heard the WS-6 is just a cunt hair faster but its not really a noticeable differance. if your going to mod it that wont matter. I'de get what ever car you think looks better. either way your going to have a bad ass LS1 F-BODY--- 2000 NBM A4 Camaro SS #8156 ---

personally, i would go with whichever one is in the best condition, and has the least amount of miles on it, or the one you can get the best deal on....they're gonna be so close to the same that it won't really matter, especially if you plan on modding it....
honestly, i like the styling of the WS6 a little better (don't get yer panties in a bunch, the SS has awesome styling too)....they're both gonna be awesome cars....just look at it this way...they're both F-Bodies!!

ws6 is the suspension on the trans am. It helps the firebird grip up better, which is why it will beat a camaro in the 1/4 mile. Untrue.
Look, there is ten times the variability in -- 1) driver skill, and 2) engine output -- that there is in which car is faster. I guarantee you that the SLOWEST Camaro SS will crush the FASTEST WS6 if the Camaro is driven by a better driver.
Statistically, there does seem to be the slightest difference between the cars... the WS6 being the smallest of fractions faster. But it isn't noticeable. Buy whichever car appeals to you more.Former Ride: 2002 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 - 345 rwhp, 360 rwtq... stock internally.
