Sorry, but I'm of no help here. I've never had a problem with the HPP. Sooner or later I'm going to be taking that programming out and getting it done right. If it were me, I'd take it to a local shop that has the equipment to take a look at your computer and see what is wrong. Sorry I can't help more.

First of all you can tow the car even when it's lowered. Look for a truck with the flat bed that can be lowered down ( I think they're called tilt and load) and then with the help of some 2x4's they can pull it on there.

Another option is to get a used PCM form a junk yard to at least get your car going again.

From the sounds of it, you fried your flash chip when the battery died during the programming. You need to find someone (Ion, or MADZ28 as he's known) who can pull the bad flash chip out and throw in a new good one. That's just my thought on the problem.

He has no "chip".... he has a 94. Can't replace it.

Failure of the battery during programming crashed the PCM. It can be "fixed".... I think Hypertech will do it, or check with Andrew at AKM Cables.

I think that's what he's talking about, Fred. Ion can make the two flash chips and program them for the car, then put in sockets like Andrew does so they are replaceable. I bought some spares from him a while ago in case I ever crash mine. Ion is real good to deal with.

I do believe that the 94+ computer operates off of a flash chip which has been soldered in. That's what I was talking about, the fact that you can't remove it.

Contact Ion at http://madz28.com . He should be able to help you. Actually, I though I read somewhere that he is handling the chip fixing stuff for Andrew.

I know this may not have anything to do with it but did you check your fuses and relays. I know it may sound simple but you never know. Im not a wiz at this stuff either but a a lexus I just sold did the same thing with the start up. It turned out to be a 140amp fuse. Hope it helps if not sorry.
