I just put $500 down on the 95 Trans Am that shall be in my posession on friday. I think i got a really good deal too. 6 speed, power everything, 66,000, CD player, premium sound, leather seats, A/C, paint is damn near perfect paint (the molding on the sides are a little faded, that's the only flaw), 1 year powertrain warranty and if i burn out the clutch in the first year (regular driving, not ripping on it) he said he'll take care of it for free. I got this all for $8,500 tax and everything included. I cannot wait to start driving this car. It doesn't have t tops but at least i won't have to worry about birds dive bombing me!

i thought you said you were gonna put down like $4k, then finance the rest of the $5k? that would have been the better way to go. although if you actually had that $4k, this way will leave you some extra cash for modding....

I am putting down $4,000 and i still have an 88 Formula to sell and an 86 Monte Carlo to sell. I don't speed at all so mods aren't necessary. maybe a ram air hood and ram air set up but the rest would be handling mods if anything. I need a digital camera to take some pictures so that might take a while. Anyone know where i can find some louvers for my hatch? Those look damn good IMO
