    I have a camaro Z28 1996, V8 5.7L, and i have a question about the high beams.
For the high beams (bright) to work, the headlamps switch must be on.
If the headlamps switch is off, and i try to switch on my high beams (like during daylight giving a highbeam-signal-to-pass) the high beams won't work. is this normal, or is there something wrong with my high beams switch?
    thanks in advance

it is normal. Our cars have no feature to flash for passing.
