        I had a bad tire that went to the shop several times it would balance fine and the alingment was verified but the vibration was still there. we ended up taking off all four tires and slowley let them roll down the drive. three of the four went straight with no wobble the fourth would always wobble at the same spot on the tire. never could find a visiable bump or seperation... maybe

            swap the tires front to rear and see if it changes.

                  Check front wheel bearings;

                  lift each front wheel off the ground, place jack under lower a-arm as close as possible to the wheel. Spin the wheel, listen for grinding noises (not the rubbing of the disc brake pads). Wiggle the wheel, with hands at 12 and 6 position, and with hands at 3 and 9 position...... is it loose? should have been noticed by tech during front end alignment.

                    I had the same symptoms with my first ta, it was wheel bearings. If they dry out they start to pit the outer casing of the bearing and when you drive strait it feels like a grinder is under your seat, but when you turn it goes away because it only takes a few thousands of an inch to get off the pitted surface, due to the size of the contact area of the balls in the bearing.

                        I dont know about 4 gen prices but I paid about $65 (C) per side and did them my self, just the packing of the bearings with grease is messy and may take a try or two to get it right if you havent before. But all in all it is really easy to do your self.

                          4th gen are sealed bearing and hub assemblies. They also contain the abs sensor as well. They are held in place by 4 bolts, easily done at home but pricy. I seem to remember about $125 per hub.
