fog lights
The fog lights on my 1995 camaro have a lot of condensation build up and one of them won't even turn on. I have tried to remove them but I think I'll have to take off the whole front panel if i want to take them out. I unscrewed all the screws on the front side but to get the front panel off there are plastic screw type things I can't figure out how to get off. Any suggestions?

That plastic thing is sort of a rivot.
