    Firestone SZ50 replacement information

    FYI, I just got off the phone with Bridgestone tech support. I was on hold for 45 minutes. The replacement for the SZ50 will be introduced in about February 2005 and it will be called something other than SZ50 of coarse.

    Well I guess it's the Bridgestone RE-750 for me.
    2002 Electron Blue Vette, 1SC, FE3/Z51, G92 3.15 gears, 308.9 RWHP 321.7 RWTQ (before any mods), SLP headers, Z06 exhaust, MSD Ignition Wires, AC Delco Iridium Spark Plugs, 160 t-stat, lots of ECM tuning

    The closest RE-750s to Atlanta are in California. Can you say KDW?

      Let me know if you find a good deal on them - I am in the market and have decided that is probably what I will go with.

        This place has some stores in Ohio. http://www.discounttire.com They have good prices but they don't charge for mounting and balancing and stuff. I may go by there this afternoon.
