car is not starting right?

Hey guys, i need some help.. My car is not starting up like it used to, it takes like 2-3 sec before it turns over , when it used to turn over instantly...

any advice on some things i should cheak to make sure are alright??

auto or 5spd

is it an auto or 5spd? if its an auto could just be yer starter motor, the bendix could just be worn. prolly need a lil bit more info also.

sry, heres a little more info..i have 118000k miles and have a few mods which are listed below but have not done any recent ones....and it is a auto.
