This happened a while ago but I figured I would share...I was changing my thermostat in my camaro...a five minute job...only to have one of the bolts break. 
Couldn't get it out to save my life. We tried using pliers to get it out, then we took a propane torch and tried heating to losen it, now go. We finally had to drill out the hole and retap it. That five minute job turned into a two day project. That really sucked.
You know what they say...expect the unexpected.
