hypertech problem...

I have the hpp3 and i went to use it the other day and it says "programming interrupted" then "replace cartridge 2676"
has anyone seen this problem before?
i am outta town now and i don't have the phone # i will be back wed night or thurs so yeah maybe if someone has the # that be great too.

thanks the car still runs but i am eating gas and i'd like to reset it in the near future...
