Recently, my ABS Inop Light went off, and the rear tail lights will not light up when I step on the brakes. Only the third brake light will turn on but the other two wont. Bulbs are fine, and turn signals work ok too. I noticed that the third brake like stay on without stepping on the brakes but is very dim (98+ SS Spoiler Conversion). I didnt have this problem before, and Ive had the Spoiler on for over 5 months. Can anyone imagine what the cause of this could be?

3rd brake light
I've heard reports of the 3rd brake light making the ABS light go on. I'd check all the rear lamps and sockets and wiring.
When I had a rear light go out, I went and bought ALL new bulbs for the rear, took off all the tail lamps and cleaned everything up.

I dont think thats the problem...
But youre defenetly right about the third brake light causing it to go off, but that still wouldnt explain the other two stop lights not lighting up. I think the problem might be the brake switch. Thank you for your response Ranger!
