Car has a miss

Hi guys. Ok have 94 LT1 a4 plugs wires an cap have about 5000 miles on them new fuel filter. Start car drive about 50 miles on freeway 70 to80 mpr car is runnig fine slow down to 35 to 45 an want to pick up speed . If I give it about a 1/4 gas it misses like it is not getting gas or like one plug wire was pulled off. If i let off on the gas an get back on real show is ok. If i am going up a hill it is real bad because i need more power. Im thinking fuel prusher reguler yes ????? I need all the help i can get. thanks Guys Blazer
