How do i install a oil temp gauge? And which do i need - 100 to 250 or 140 to 300?

You need a spot to mount the sensor. Most people use the extra oil tap right above the oil filter, but on your 93, they used that for the oil pressure sender. 94 and newer have a pipe plug in that hole. I drilled and tapped the oil drain plug and mounted the temp sensor in there, with a connector on the wire to I could unhook it to unscrew the drain plug. An electric gauge is a lot easier to install than a mechanical gauge with a "fixed" capillary tube.
I have the 250degF gauge. Oil temp pretty much tracks coolant temp, so if you are running 250degF, its too hot.
