  • just got back from the Dyno

    just came in the house after a trip to the dyno. my car is BONE STOCK, still has original plugs, wires, opti, exhaust, cat, every thing is stock. 105,550 miles A-4. i was impressed with the HP, but not so much with the TQ #'s


    peak HP was 238.85@5100 rpms
    peak TQ was245.97@3850 rpms


    this was also considdering that the pipe is cracked just behind the cat and is leaking quite a bit. not bad over all for a base line run.
    2000 WS6 T/A M6. Monster stage 3 clutch, flowmaster cat back, 4.10's, SLP lid, Hurst shifter.

    A tune up will more than likely net you some gains. What RPM was the dyno brought on at because the LT1 Torque Curve (stock) peaked at about 2400 RPM. If you came on later than that, you may not be seeing the big picture.

      no way to scan them, but the dyno was kicked on at 2000 rpms
