I have a question, I belive in most states in the US you must have a licence plate on the front of your car. I noticed the post 98 has one yet the pre 98 does not. I have also noticed that post 98's have a place for them and the pre 98 dont, What do you do if a cop says you have to have a plate on the pre 98? Is there a bracket? Here in Alberta we only require a rear plate so I was just wondering.

My dad is like that also . . . ever since hes had his lightning he has never had a plate . . . no troubles. i got mine and i got a ticket for it once at the beach on a sunday night ( around here on sundays its pretty big ). so its kind of my own stupidity for going.-Nick-

I think there should be some sort of special registration for summer cars n stuff so you dont need one . . . easy way for the dmv to make an extra 10, 15, mabey 20 bux a year . . . and heck whats 20 bux these days ??-Nick-
