  • Which Type of Gauge To Use?

I am planning on getting a fuel pressure gauge for my car. I am going to mount it in the engine compartment. My only problem is that I don't know if I should get a liquid-filled gauge or not. Summit sells 0-15 PSI (since the car's TBI, it's all I need) gauges that are liquid-filled and ones that are not. So, my question is, which one is better and what exactly is the difference?

Liquid filled gauges are more resistant to vibration. Definitely get liquid filled, especially since you are mounting it on the motor.
