    where to powder coat wheels....w/in ?

    Guys I'm looking at getting my 01 SS 10 spoke painted silver wheels powder coated jet black and adding a polished lip to them. I've found someone locally that will do the work for $50 DLLs each wheel. does that sound fair? Any info on where to go would be very appreciated. i'm in west texas....
