NFB, Cam size for a 400

Ok, I am putting together a 1985 3/4 ton 4x4 chevy, manual shift. I picked up a 400 bored .030 and a set of 350 heads that have 1.94 valves put in them. My dads buddy owns a Napa with a machine shop and he put it all together........ now I have to decide on a cam. The truck is going to be used to plow some, off road some and do some high way driving to my families property in west Virginia from Akron Ohio, and I'll drive it around town alot. Any ideas and input would be great. Thanks
