  • Plastic fuel lines

    I've got a question. how long are the plastic fuel lines that goes to the fuel rail????

    Mine decided it wanted to land on the manifold and melt a hole thought them. I', surprized it didn't caught fire. and anyone got a part number for those stupid lines????

    Plastic Fuel Lines are teh suck. I would personally make (or have) some metal ones made.

      The lines are metal under the body, to a point about as far back as the tranny cross-member, and then they convert to plastic and go out to the edge of the rocker panel, and then up over the drivers side fender liner.

      Check Shoebox's website for part #'s. He has a lot of them, although I'm not sure about the fuel lines.

      There is an Earls compression fitting that allows you to attach a -6AN line to the hard metal lines at the fuel rails. Then you can use braided S/S lines.

        I had to replace mine about 2 months ago; they were around $85 from Jason Crommer. I don't have the p/n handy. Do a search on "Jason Crommer" and give him a call; he'll fix you up
