  • Factory 96 camaro LT4

I have heard from a site that there were camaros produced in 1996 with the LT4 engine from the factory that ran around 13.5's in the quarter stock. I was wondering if this was true and just how hard it is to find one of these cars if it is the truth.

There weren't any 96's to my knowledge, but their were about 100 97 SS's built with the LT4 engine.

Yup. I heard they were leftovers from the Corvette, so they stuck them in Camaros just for the sake of using them up.
