On my way to the parts store Saturday, some 
50 yearold women missed her right hand turn, (I was behind her getting prepared to take a left) she preceeds to put her car in reverse and back right in to the front of my bird 
We both pull into a parking space and check out the damage, I ended up with just the bottom of my front bumper all ripped up but not much else, she had a couple scratches. I was still pretty pissed off and went of to the police station, the cop arrives a couple mins later.
The a**hole tells me since there was no visual paint exchage between the to cars, that I was lying about the whole accident (although the woman that hit me addmitted to the whole thing). I tried telling him atleast 5times to look under the front bumper and look at how torn up it was, only to be told "if you dont stop telling me what to do your gonna get arrested". He never looked once
He wouldnt right an accident report and the woman got off scotch free no ticket or anything, she didnt even have he license or registration handy witch is required by NYS law.

He probly would have said the same B.S if he watched the whole thing, I wasnt even moving.
