best street converter

im looking at installing a stall converter in my 94 camaro z28 and was wondering what the best stall speed would be to use with the stock rearend and tranny on i car is daily driven on the street in the summer months

Whats your best torque at what RPM?

I imagine that a 2800 Vigilante would be fine for what your looking for
