What did your software correct the MPH too?

I don't think anyone is questioning the fact that the car is capable of 12.7-second passes.... its just trying to get the numbers to match up. If the correction factors for altitude, temperature, barometer, humidity, wind, etc lowered the 13.1 to 12.7, it should have raised the 109MPH similarly. That's why I asked him where he got the correction, and what his input data was.

He apparently thought running at 650-ft. was accounting for the difference. He also stated in one of the other posts that both of his runs were made on "cool and dry" days.

What really mystifies me Fred, is that I see many people - with less horsepower than me - run 2.1 60's and dip into the 12s. That's what I don't understand.

Yes, I did run 13.3 @ 109 in the car bone stock (I definitely think the 109 is probably incorrect, although the timeslip did say that)

      And I did run a 13.1 @ 109 with 345 rwhp.

Both runs were on cool and dry days... but the modified run was into a harsh headwind.
Former Ride: 2002 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 - 345 rwhp, 360 rwtq... stock internally.

      Current Ride: 2006 Subaru Legacy GT Limited - spec.B #312 of 500

It gave me 109.911 MPH. (the 911 is kinda ironic given Jay's recent posts) That seems somewhat reasonable for a 3650lb car putting 345 HP to the tire and considering the conditions, but I would suspect though that his car would be more in the 110.5-110.0 range on a good day.

If you remember, Kevin, when Jay first posted up his time, I asked him if he was power shifting. His response was no, and you made a comment about power shifting being the best possible way to get the fastest E.T. I think the fact that he wasnt power shifting, is the result of the unexpected time. Im sure that a little more practice with the stick will get you the time that youre looking for, Jay. <---This is why I got an Auto

I don't think Jay wants to go 12's bad enough. He is a wuss. His little LS1 car is slow. He is lucky he ran a 13.xx. Jay is slow too.
