People often describe a tornado as sounding like a freight train, does that mean "tornados" are actually government conspiracy covering up the fact that freight trains are actually destroying hundreds of homes in the midwest.

Thousands of people saw the Pentagon get hit, but yet this video chooses half a dozen who know nothing about aviation and chose to describe the sound as that of a "missile", and the plane as a "commuter jet". Just because it sounded like a missile, doesn't mean it actually was. And as other have pointed out, a plan travelling at 500 mph hitting a building the size and thinkness of the Pentagon?.... let's just say I'm not surprised they didn't find much wreckage.

You'll notice that no one is saying this about the WTC attacks, because there were numerous public videos showing the event. Had there been such a video at the Pentagon, the wind would have been taken out of their sails. Simply because the government hasn't realeased the videos that were taken, doesn't mean there's anything sinister behind it. I think people give our government a little too much credit. The video mentioned that some employees of a hotel watched its video in disblief, until the FBI confiscated it, implying something unusual about the video. Yet it contained no quotes from those employees about what the tape actually contained.

Further, we have the problem of the missing plane that otherwise would have crashed into the Pentagon. If it had been shot down, air traffic controllers would have seen this, witnesses on the ground would have likely seen it, wreckage would have been found, etc.

This video is just complete and utter BS, made to stir up crap, as it has obviously done. It asks a lot of questions but never poses any answers. If it wasn't a 757 at the Pentagon, what was it? The video alludes to a couple of things, but doesn't come out and make a statement. Was it a small commuter plane? If so, why was that plane never reported missing by the family members on board? Why was it reported as a 757 crossing the highway and not this smaller plane? There's not much confusing a 10-12 seat plane with a 757. Was it a missle? Again, a missle travels at many times the speed of sound and could not have been confused with a plane. A missle likelty wouldn't have done nearly that much damage to the Pentagon. People don't realize just how large that structure is, and it was designed to defend against just such an attack (by missle or bomb).

Dave's right except for the building of the Pentagon.

It was built during the Second World War, from 1941 to about 1943. A very remarkable feat for such a large building, especially since 10% of the US population was in the armed forces. Prior to its construction, the various branches of the military, and its support departments were scattered through out the D.C. area. I also believe it still ranks as one of the largest buildings in the world (total floor area).

As a interesting note, the building was undergoing a retrofit installation of fire protection sprinklers, and the section that was hit by the airliner, had only recently been completed..... otherwise they would have lost a major portion of the building.

yes, now I remember, 1941.... I'm not sure why I was thinking later. I was going off memory and that's always a bad idea in my case. Thanks for the clarification. My point remains the same, it was built to withstand an attack and keep our military running.
