What can I use to safely clean my cylinder heads before shipping them to get ported? Just something to get some of the oil and grime off. Throttle body cleaner?

usually whomever you send it off to will clean them with an agent. But yeah, throttlebody/carb cleaner would do the trick. soap and water would too, just as long as you dry it immediately following the bath. Good luck!
