alarm problem, please help!

ok, i did the shift skip eliminator mod from http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/96SS/skipshift.htm

then i flushed out the recovery tank and hose that goes from the radiator to the recovery tank

this required me to remove the battery, after i finished all this i reconnected the battery, and then the lights started flashing like the alarm just came on, but the horn was disconnected so it didn't work... i tried to start the car but it wont even make a noise when i do

i think the alarm locked me out, and now i cant start the car, so how would i remove the alarm?

i just got this car 2 weeks ago and i know nothing about what alarms on it, and i dont have anything to turn it off

and whenever i drive the car the orange "SECURITY" lights on

I *think* you have to remove the battery cables, remove the alarm fuse, replace the battery cables, then replace the alarm fuse to get it to work right. Never had that problem personally, but I have had people tell me that this procedure works.
