  • Leaky t-tops.

So i left my car outside last night because i came home a lil late n didnt wana wake any one up. i wake up this morning, half my town is flooded, cant drive down half the roads and a bunch of schools are closed. i go on to get ready for class and i get in the car, sit down. . . there was like half a inch of water on my floor-on both sides and my seats were soaked. i know they leak some times but this bad !?!?!?!?!?!?

mine never leak...no matter how hard it rains...a couple of drops here and there...but nothing like that. I'd check the seals...

If it was windy enough...I guess the wind can depress the rubber seals and water could rush in...how tight does your windows press against the seals around it???

4th Gen TTops are pretty good at keeping water out...

The only times mine leak are in those high pressure car washes.. And I only use those every month or so in the winter to get the salt out from the underside.

Other than that, they don't leak. Maybe you need new weatherstripping?

They close pretty good . . . except for in the back part where they come to a point . . . small gap there thats about it.
