  • New el camino and chevelle in hotrod magazine

I was reading the new hotrod that just came out yesterday, and they showed sketches of what could be the new el camino and the new chevelle. If any of you guys have seen it too, i was just wondering what your thoughts are, and if you haven't seen it, you should take a look the next chance you get. The pictures weren't much, pretty much just pencil sketches from one view (no color at all), and the pictures weren't too big also. All I have to say is that if chevy wants to make a new car, that they shouldn't disgrace the names of the old classics while in the process of . The new chevelle sketch looked horrible (it was a front view). The rear view of the el camino looked decent, but it probably would have the same crappy front grill that the chevelle had. They didn't have anything on possible engine specs, but I just hope it's not another let down if they ever do decide to go through with it.

I never really liked the El Camino. To me it just seemed like a station wagon without a cover on the back. The Chevelle though, that's terrible. GM is butchering things now. I was never really partial to the GTO but even i can tell that it's been ruined. I can't tell the new GTO apart from a Grand Prix. They'll probably butcher the Camaro if they ever decide to bring it back.
Red 95 Trans Am: M6, Moroso CAI, Magnaflow, Spohn sway bars, back to life as of 2/15/10!!!

94 Del Sol VTEC: 27 city/ 33 highway, knee deep in slowness

2006 Ford Fusion: 2.3, 5 speed, could run 15lbs of boost with a 150 shot and it'd still be slow
