Nice, I like the fact that it looks like a regular street car, but I think I could build it for a lot less than 100k. I would use N2O though

I guess we don't know how fast it is cause the guy never raced it. That's really wierd to build a car like that and never take it to the track. $100,000 and no time slip. While it is not hard to spend 100K on a "true street" race car, I find it very difficult this guy did given his list of modifications.
And to never take it to the track?? 
Something's up. He advertises it as 731 RWHP and then when you read further he says" in it's current low boost (15 psi) configuration" the car makes 718 RWHP.
I surely hope he also isn't serious about using a CNC'ed LT1 manifold:
