Video Camera recommendations - For use at Drag Strips

I need a video camera to use at drag strips with the following features:
Nite Vision
Tapeless
Easy to upload videos to PC in a common format
Ebay

---Cheap. Very Cheap like less than $300.00. I will compare prices at BB and CC then search Ebay and Amazon for a better deal.

It depends what kind of quality you would like to get. Most of the tapeless ones have a memory chip. Good video quality takes a lot of memory and memory cost money.

Most newer digital cameras have a video mode but it's fairly crappy quality.

I use a Canon digital camcorder with small tapes and then transfer the video to the PC. I can make DVD quality movies. Requires additional software and some knowledge, i.e. not too simple.
