Rear bumper insert

I like the gray insert around the exhaust on the bottom of the bumper anyone knows if that's painted or attached, possible to get anywhere? I've seen those on the newer grand prix.

pretty sure it's painted...I've seen a few SE WS6's..but never took the time to see if it was painted or not...but I"m almost 100% sure it's painted...
