    Time slip(s)

    So tonight i was pretty impressed; first run of the night was solid 14 flat, bad 60' so i droped pressure to about 20 psi and i snaged a :

    13.819 @101.22 RT .668 60' 2.140
    13.862 @ 101.23 rt: 1.07 60' 2.218

    And my best run ever of

    13.721 @ 102.6 RT .642 60' 2.16

    not bad for a bascialy stock lt1 ( just cai and loudmouth )

    good times. Im going to the track on sunday. Im hopeing for a 13.5 with my 373 gears, moroso cai, and cut out. Ill keep yall posted. congrats.

      Nice times, last time I went to the track I ran consistant 3second 60' times For some reason I couldnt lauch without fish tailing and spinnin my tires

      BTW. Were did you go? I've been looking for a good 1/4mile around here.

        i went to nyirp . . . ill shoot you a p.m. because im guna go up next friday too. check out www.nyirp.com they have directions there. the track conditions were perfect last night, and i got about 15 runs in total; about 8 of them were with other cars

              daaaamn, thats quick for stock. haha

                nick, u said you dropped your psi down to 20? Is that too low??

                  Idk, that would be one for fred or ken to answer i guess. my first run was at like 35 psi and i had mucho wheel spin so i opted to drop it a bit.

                    The last time i went to NYIRP was two weeks ago, and my car has been down since. Broke part of the tranny, sad day. But nice runs, i ran a 13.63 with my auto in, now im running 14.5 best with the 6 speed. Apparently i need some practice. (only ran twice with the 6speed ever)

                      ive found that 26 psi on street tires works the best, any lower and youre running on the outside of the tire, any more your on the inside. ken may have some more input on this.
