My sisters gp after hitting a Truck, still for the insurance co. the airbags did not deploy. Is it worth fixing or not?

The metal part of the bumper is all bent up

    The front end :x

Under the hood the drivers side brace is bent along with the thing it attaches to (witch is welded on) it also caused the drivers side dogbone to push in alittle.

Heres a close up of the front end the hood and latch are so messed up it wont close at all.

I drove the car home today about 15miles and it ran and drove perfectly ofcourse I had to tie the hood shut first

    ewww...

yikes....looks like it's gonna be totalled...in my opinion.

new bumper, supports, absorber, fenders, hood, brackets, looks like your headlights are shot...fogs lamps. It's the whole front clip plus labor and paint...any other damage that can't be seen???

It's drivable so I'd hunt junk yards and get the parts for the repair.

It'll be costly to repair it...........

Hopfully we can find a cheap parts car, cause even at a junkyard it would cost over a grand it parts. The hood, whole front clip (including all lights), and both front fenders need to be replaced, thats just the cosmetic stuff Other then that it needs the actual metal part of the bumper, a new hood latch, and stuff I dont know about yet.

As long as the rad support isnt bent/broke and the front frame horns that hold the bumper are strait it should only be a matter of cosmetics to replace. Could probably find a cheap rearended car at a wrecker and replace the front and get it painted for pretty cheap. Maybe a rad too.

The radiator support is bent and the front of the frame horns where the bumper bolts on are also bent, looks like they could be bent back though. She still has not heard from the insurance co.
