Please Help! Need a 95-97 Opti Electric Harness Cheap and quick!

I was messing with the electric harness on this opti and when i have the keys in the ignition and i pull it back it makes a noise as if the fuel pump is turning on so i oviously think that its the wiring harness. i took it apart and it looks pretty rough. i checked with discount, autozone, napa, and they all dont carry. also checked with 2 junk yards. i look on http://shbox.com/1/Parts.htm and it says they go for like $70 bucks, any ideas would be greatly apprciated!!!
