heading to Quantico Marine Base shortly. Running a tire experiment with them and am going to do an evaluation of thier current tire program. they are spending way too much money on tire replacement. when im done, what do you want to bet the number one culprit will be "inflation"..... always is.

Advise them to get those valve caps that change colors when pressure drops........the ones you touted awhile back. I got them for my cars and I love them. With air temperatures cooling off, they all started to show "yellow" so it was obvious I needed more air in them. Those things are great!

funny you mentioned that. i took enough to equipt 5 15 passenger vans with them. they now make them for light trucks up to 120 psi. guess what? every single tire was underinflated! and they have been transporting troops in those! one right rear was at 28 psi. its supposed to be 80!!!!! they are lucky they didnt have a blow out!

when i left... several "those in charge" had been read the riot act.
