So how does this law work? Help Me out guys, would'nt the owner of the car ( or his mother, the real owner, Ha,HA) have to sign over the title to the city so the city can sell at an action? Does the owner get the money From the auction? What kind of power does this city have?
IS this "declaring the car a nuisance" the same one they use in drug bust cars they seize?
Is the public allowed at this auction? If so could some teenage kid buy a highly modified sports car for cheap? If he could out bid this Valley Traffic Authority?
Just some questions while reading the article. BTW, I think this will cut down some of the street racing there, at least for a while.
