got a package last week of some "stuff" he wanted me to try. (for those that dont know...im a detailing freak when it comes to vehicles..and it doesnt matter what kind of vehicle it is... if i bought it..its stays as "new" and protected as possible)
and
some of you may not know... i used to be a Zaino distributor before he went E commerce. and......... like everyone..in 1998..when he approached me out of the blue to try his stuff.. i said "sure...snake oil"....... the rest is history..
even though i dont distribute.. he still asks me to test stuff for him .. many times not telling me what to look for and etc. i like doing that..and we are good friends on top of it all. i love what his products have done for my rides........ thats for sure.
his products are unsurpassed in quality, protection, durability, and overall shine. the fact they contain no solvents..and the fact the cure is accelerated... keeps them layering to give the paint the depth you are looking for...
anyway... many of us old "z2" users had kinda migrated away from z2 and started using z5 after zfx came out..we found z5+zfx = z1 + z2.
well.......... he went and done it... he's comming out (soon as the labels are done) with Z2 Pro. and let me tell you... i played around with it all day Sunday.... its the most awesome polish ever. yes... i used zfx with it, of cource. sal tells me nobody uses z1 anymore anyway........
it cures so fast... i was able to remove in 15 min. after application. i even applied it too thick in spots...to see if it would streak.......... nope. no streaking. it comes off easy.. but the layer it leaves is clearly the best and thickest yet. you can see by the photos below of the vent shades and rear plastic piller trim on my Silver Envoy... what it did to those is unreal!!! i used it on the grill on mary's envoy..nothing else... it kicks. im going to do my billet grill tonight.
Sal also boosted the durability. he asked me to thoroughly test that..which i will...with mary's envoy. (the cranberry one). its never been garaged (the hawk is in its spot...mines garaged on the other side where the compTA was.). her's is now 1 1/2 years old..and still looks better than new, thanks to Zaino...but this new Z2Pro!! it draws attention on the roadway for sure.....
anyway.. heres some shots for you. ill get some better ones this week. in the first shot, you can see the color "hues" on my Envoy.... in the last shot..of the rear on the cranberry envoy... the reflection off the plastic tag cover is so bright you cant read the tag!
