we chose to keep the stocker and modify it.

bore: ~$100
stroke: ~$150
mill heads: ~$50
high performance cam: ~$250
new carb: ~$200
headers: ~$300
exhaust system: ~$500 (mostly hand built)

we know we wont excede those power levels, but anything is better than the 250 HP it's probably putting out now!

by spin the tires, we mean

1- do small at minimum burnouts
2- get the front wheels in the air

we are also putting rubber spacers in the rear springs to support the wieght of the subs, and stiffen the springs [same thing].
