Power limit on the T-56 trans.
What's the most power that u can put on a stock T-56 transmission.

I have heard less..about 450 to 500. The thing I think about is this... its not the horsies that kill ya its how you drive it. If you up your car to 450 horse the likliehood of it being driven to church on sundays drops dramatically. You are gonna be hitting track days..test and tunes and romping the hell out of it. Thats what is going to kill you... of course shortly after you blow out your stock rear its a pretty good bet you tranny is going soon!
